Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and strategy for Project 2026, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product management.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments for new feature development.
- Define technical standards and best practices to maintain code quality across the organization.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the roadmap execution for the 2026 initiative, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product management.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to launch.
- Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
