Responsibilities

- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning technical deliverables with business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and generative AI models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
