Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Architect to spearhead Project 2026, our company's most ambitious initiative to redefine scalable artificial intelligence infrastructure. In this pivotal role, you will architect the next-generation neural network frameworks and high-performance computing environments designed to power autonomous systems for the year 2026 and beyond.
As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and practical, high-throughput deployment. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI infrastructure and want to leave a legacy in the field, this is your opportunity to lead.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI training pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Optimize inference engines for low-latency, high-throughput deployment in edge and cloud environments.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists to deliver Project 2026 milestones.
- Research and integrate cutting-edge hardware accelerators (e.g., GPU/TPU clusters) into our software stack.
- Ensure system resilience, security, and compliance with industry standards for critical infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and establish best practices for AI model lifecycle management.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and model optimization techniques.
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and HPC software stacks (MPI, CUDA).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performance engineering teams.
