Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and pilot next-gen solutions
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Drive adoption of sustainable technology practices across product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or future trends
