Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development efforts in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive technologies and assess their potential business impact.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Manage internal innovation labs to prototype and validate future-ready solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with leading tech firms and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, executive consulting, or senior engineering leadership roles.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technology roadmaps for major corporate initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, and Future Tech stacks.
- Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA or Master’s in Tech preferred).
