Responsibilities
- Design & Architect: Lead the end-to-end architecture of AI systems integrating quantum computing principles and advanced machine learning models.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to solve complex problems for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and innovative engineering solutions.
- Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale AI models in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
- Innovation: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in AI or related high-tech fields.
