Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem, focusing on autonomy and efficiency.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents to reduce latency and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and Edge AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, security, and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Code Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural patterns, and mentor junior engineers to ensure high-code quality.
- Strategic Vision: Identify potential risks and opportunities in the AI landscape, providing strategic direction to keep Project 2026 ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in high-level AI/ML architecture and design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is mandatory.
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of implementing state-of-the-art NLP or Computer Vision models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
