Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for client transportation and cargo delivery
- Maintain meticulous vehicle inspection logs and maintenance schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during passenger/cargo interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Load/unload cargo with proper lifting techniques
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and mileage reports
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Commercial Driver's License (Class B or C)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficient with GPS navigation and mobile technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Flexibility for early morning/evening shifts
