Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely deliveries throughout San Diego County
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to optimize fuel usage and delivery schedules
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and inventory records
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries and client interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when required
Qualifications
- Valid California Class C Driver's License with clean MVR
- Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and background screening
- Proficiency with navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Familiarity with San Diego metro area geography
