Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vans and delivery vehicles on local routes in Milwaukee and surrounding areas.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring proper securing and handling of items.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and digital documentation (ELD/Logbooks).
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and handle invoices/proof of delivery documents.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brakes endorsement.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience in a professional setting.
- Clean driving record with no DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and background check.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery software.
