Responsibilities
- Safely operate 15-passenger vans for daily transportation routes
- Maintain clean, well-organized vehicles and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers during transit
- Manage loading/unloading procedures for equipment and passengers
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and route planning software
- Complete accurate trip logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time route adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B preferred
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Baltimore metropolitan area
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and early mornings
