Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for local and regional deliveries throughout Louisville metro area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet tight delivery schedules
- Load/unload packages with precision and care, verifying inventory accuracy
- Maintain detailed delivery logs and obtain proper customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with Louisville roadways
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication skills for customer interactions
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
