Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely delivery of goods across Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for inventory tracking
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Assist in route optimization to maximize delivery efficiency
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time coordination
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Driver's License with clean driving record (3+ years)
- CDL Class B or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and operate pallet jacks
- Strong knowledge of Jacksonville area roads and traffic patterns
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and communication
