Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver products to residential and commercial customers.
- Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment, ensuring cargo security.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including verifying delivery details and obtaining signatures.
- Maintain accurate daily logs and delivery paperwork.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or B (depending on vehicle type).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a logistics or delivery role.
- Strong knowledge of the Columbus, OH area and surrounding highways.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
