Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery van to transport goods to commercial and residential locations within Tucson and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care and placed securely.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures from recipients to complete the delivery process.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure the van is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily deliveries and mileage.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or serious infractions).
- Minimum of 1 year of driving experience, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during the shift.
- Strong knowledge of Tucson roadways and traffic patterns.
- Basic computer skills for electronic logging and reporting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
