Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in the Baltimore metro area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure accident-free driving.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling package handling with care.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle interior.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and digital paperwork using a mobile app.
- Resolve any delivery issues or customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and dispatch.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
