Responsibilities
- Execute timely and accurate deliveries of parcels, documents, and goods to residential and commercial clients.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or handwritten signatures upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery exceptions immediately to the dispatch team.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving on-the-spot issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional driving experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with mobile technology, including GPS navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
