Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in a timely and efficient manner.
- Obtain valid signatures and proof of delivery for all shipments to ensure accountability.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during in-person interactions and over the phone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Utilize mobile applications to navigate routes, track inventory, and manage delivery status.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery delays to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone GPS applications and digital logistics tools.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
