Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of parcels, documents, and packages to designated addresses in the Fresno area.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain electronic signatures or proof of delivery upon completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any delivery issues on-site.
- Plan efficient routes to maximize delivery speed and fuel economy.
- Prepare accurate daily logs and reports.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
