Responsibilities
- Transport packages and documents to designated locations in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to our company's dress code and professional conduct standards.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and pickup times using our proprietary mobile app.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper change and receipts are provided.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- A valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Previous experience in courier, delivery, or logistics is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using smartphone applications for navigation.
- Physically fit and able to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Resident of the greater Houston, TX area.
