Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and parcels to designated residential and commercial addresses within the Dallas metro area.
- Verify delivery accuracy, obtain electronic signatures, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stop.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, including pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Utilize handheld scanning devices and GPS navigation tools to optimize routes and track shipments in real-time.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with mobile technology and smartphone applications for delivery tracking.
- Reliable transportation to and from the local depot.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as needed.
