Responsibilities
- Safely transport time-sensitive packages and documents using company vehicles
- Maintain precise delivery routes and schedules using GPS navigation
- Provide professional client interactions during pickup/delivery transactions
- Document and report delivery status discrepancies immediately
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes to minimize delivery times while maximizing efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Commercial driving experience preferred (non-commercial acceptable)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery tracking systems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation to/from starting point
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
