Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicle safely and efficiently on all road conditions.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and unload cargo securely using proper tie-down techniques.
- Complete daily logbooks (DOT) accurately and maintain compliance.
- Maintain a clean driving record and strictly adhere to traffic laws.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the vehicle interior and exterior clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A.
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exam.
- Willingness to obtain Hazmat or Tanker endorsements (bonus pay available).
- Strong time management, navigation, and problem-solving skills.
