Responsibilities
- Safely Operate commercial trucks and trailers over long distances and varying road conditions.
- Manage Freight delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival at customer locations.
- Conduct Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and Unload Cargo efficiently using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Maintain Vehicle Cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks as required.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (Class B with Hazmat/Tankers may be considered for specific lanes).
- Clean Driving Record (No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to Pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical and drug screening.
- Strong Work Ethic and reliability with a commitment to safety.
- Team Player attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Physical Stamina to lift boxes and manage long hours of driving.
