You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap for our 2026 flagship releases, ensuring our platforms are at the forefront of Agentic AI, generative media, and immersive web experiences.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Visioning: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for emerging technologies (AI, Spatial Computing, Next-Gen LLMs) with a focus on the 2026 product cycle.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and internal hackathons to validate bleeding-edge technologies before full-scale production.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures that integrate complex AI models with legacy infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends to identify disruptive technologies that could provide a competitive advantage for the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Model (LLM) integration.
- Future-Tech Proficiency: Experience with Spatial Computing (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest) or Web3 technologies is a significant plus.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading technical strategy for 3+ year product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
