Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio, balancing risk and opportunity across emerging verticals
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching products generating $50M+ revenue
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ technical professionals
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (Porter's Five Forces, PESTLE, SWOT 2.0)
