Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategy with business objectives.
- Lead architectural initiatives to migrate legacy systems to next-generation cloud-native frameworks.
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for long-term technical success.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budget management for major infrastructure projects and vendor partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading technical transformations or digital modernization efforts.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to forecast industry shifts up to 3 years in advance.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
