Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our upcoming product lines, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry trends.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale, distributed machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence across the organization.
- Research Integration: Evaluate emerging AI paradigms and integrate cutting-edge research findings into our core technology stack.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on architectural decisions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal architectural role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker), and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate technical strategies to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and drive innovation in uncharted territories.
