Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for 2026 AI infrastructure, focusing on autonomy and self-improvement loops.
- Lead the design and implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration systems and vector databases.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with emerging global AI regulations.
- Collaborate with product management to translate complex 2026 roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
