Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of large-scale, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for the 2026 product suite.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategy for AI research and deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers, data scientists, and researchers to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product managers and C-suite executives, to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and best practices in deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Conduct rigorous research and proof-of-concept testing to identify and evaluate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade AI systems that handle high volumes of data.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams and managing technical debt.
