Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and implement complex multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution without human intervention.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, evaluating and integrating emerging AI models and frameworks (e.g., Agentic workflows, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines for edge and cloud environments.
- Ensure Security & Safety: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to prevent hallucinations and ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architectures.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++; experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or LangChain.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technological trends and apply them to current architectural challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
