Responsibilities

- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D efforts in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI to stay ahead of the curve for 2026.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical architectures.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and optimize resource utilization for real-time applications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring fairness and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in designing large-scale AI systems.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record of deploying models on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong foundation in statistical analysis, linear algebra, and optimization algorithms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex technical projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
