Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial locations.
- Verify and collect payments for services when required, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle, including regular cleaning and basic maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and handling delivery issues professionally.
- Utilize delivery software and navigation tools to optimize routes and manage time efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity for navigation and order management.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of local streets in Tucson, AZ.
