Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in the Denver metro area.
- Utilize the mobile app for route planning, navigation, and real-time customer updates.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to maintain a 99.9% on-time delivery rate.
- Interact professionally with customers, managing expectations and resolving minor issues on-site.
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and adhere to all safety and traffic regulations.
- Log delivery attempts and returns using company-provided handheld devices.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Proficiency with smartphones and basic navigation apps.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated depot.
