Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to ensure timely and accurate drop-offs at customer locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards and report any issues immediately.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring packages are handled with care and organized efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and personal appearance according to company standards.
- Utilize company apps and GPS systems to navigate routes and update delivery statuses.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone technology for navigation and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated warehouse/dock.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to punctuality.
