Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
- Obtain proper signatures and verify the identity of recipients upon delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or special instructions.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Process paperwork, receipts, and proof of delivery documents accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Reliable personal vehicle in excellent working condition.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and safely.
- Strong working knowledge of Los Angeles geography and traffic patterns.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
