Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles for time-sensitive deliveries across KC metro
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional interactions
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Accurately document delivery confirmations and handle exceptions
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and local traffic regulations
- Support warehouse operations when not on delivery routes
Qualifications
- Valid Class D driver's license with clean MVR (3+ years)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and delivery software
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City metro area required
