Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in San Jose and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Perform safe loading and unloading of cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures where required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and inspect it before and after shifts.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Use handheld devices to update delivery status and communicate with dispatch.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and tracking.
- Excellent time management and navigation skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
