Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and documents to designated addresses in Los Angeles County.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain customer signatures upon successful delivery.
- Utilize mobile applications to update tracking status and communicate delays in real-time.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and maintained in excellent mechanical condition.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure items arrive in perfect condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues professionally.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with the Los Angeles area.
- Reliable smartphone with data capabilities for route tracking and communication.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
