Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial addresses in the Dallas area.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Verify delivery details and obtain electronic signatures as required.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Update delivery status in the mobile app in real-time.
- Handle package returns and manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for navigation and communication.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
