Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within Texas
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Adhere to DOT regulations and safety protocols at all times
- Optimize routes for efficient delivery and fuel conservation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding deliveries
- Maintain clean and organized vehicle interior/exterior
- Handle documentation (bills of lading, delivery confirmations)
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Texas roadways and regulations
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts
