Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery trucks within Seattle city limits and surrounding areas
- Load/unload merchandise using proper techniques and equipment
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Navigate efficiently using GPS technology and route planning
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Seattle metropolitan area
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Pass background check and drug screening
