Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for local and regional deliveries in the Seattle metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Load/unload freight with precision and care, following proper handling protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch teams to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Seattle traffic patterns and local geography
- Basic computer literacy for digital logging and communication tools
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
