Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks and cargo vans for local deliveries throughout San Jose
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Inspect vehicles before/after shifts to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company routing protocols
- Coordinate efficiently with dispatch team for timely pickups and deliveries
- Assist with loading/unloading cargo when necessary (up to 50 lbs)
Qualifications
- Valid Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong knowledge of San Jose Bay Area roadways and traffic patterns
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and communication
- Physical ability to climb in/out of vehicle and handle cargo
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age
