Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across Los Angeles County
- Adhere to strict delivery schedules and maintain accurate route logs
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload cargo with precision and care using provided equipment
- Maintain professional communication with dispatch and clients
- Comply with all DOT regulations and local traffic laws
- Assist with warehouse operations during off-peak hours as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean record
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Strong knowledge of Los Angeles metropolitan area
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
