Responsibilities
- Safe Vehicle Operation: Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver goods to designated locations within the region.
- Routine Inspections: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
- Route Management: Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at customer sites.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver excellent customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivery logs, manifests, and receipts.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL: Must possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of driving experience preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends if required.
