Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks to transport goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards.
- Load and unload cargo securely, adhering to weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and delivery receipts.
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery sites, including signing for packages.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local traffic laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Clean Class A or Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Valid DOT medical card and current DOT physical.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong knowledge of local El Paso roads and traffic patterns.
- Good manual dexterity for operating controls and handling cargo.
