Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport goods within Chicago metro area
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery deadlines
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Load/unload shipments with proper handling techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Communicate with dispatch team regarding route issues or delays
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly

- Flexibility to work weekends and early morning shifts
