Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within San Antonio metro area
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate delivery logs
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks
- Coordinate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and delivery schedules
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Secure cargo and ensure proper handling of all materials
- Report any mechanical issues or road hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of San Antonio roadways and surrounding areas
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
