Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) for regional deliveries
- Execute efficient route planning while meeting strict delivery deadlines
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Handle freight loading/unloading with precision and care
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with NC roadways
- DOT medical certification and hazmat endorsement preferred
